Our Mission
Extending the reach of Life Coaching to underserved communities in a sustainable way
Life Coaching is an important practice that serves people to increase self-awareness and maintain their maximized well-being in the long term in a sustainable way. Today, mostly it is private organizations, government agencies and individuals with good financial status that benefit from coaching. However, there is still a large need for coaching in our community, society, and the world.
Pro-Bono (volunteer) coaching exists to fill this gap, partially. However, the number of professional coaches who coach on a Pro-Bono basis is a small fraction compared to the total number of globally-available professional and certified coaches. One of the main reasons why Pro-Bono coaching is limited is the need for professional coaches to be able to make their own living.
The purpose of ABC Society is to create a sustainable system to maximize the reach of coaching in the world, in collaboration with donors, partners and coaching communities. ABC Society raises tax deductible funds, through donations and special events as a Non-Profit, and use these funds only to compensate coaches at a fair rate and cover operational expenses.

Does not directly reach out to individual clients. Partners with other Non-Profit Organizations that are already serving clients that come from underserved communities
Does not serve any private or public organization to provide Coaching service to their employees
Is not part of and does not actively support any religious or political ideology
Operates in line with humanistic principles, providing a diverse and inclusive environment for coaches and clients
Does not discriminate any client due to gender, race, ethnicity, religious or social background.
Strictly respects and honors the ethical guidelines of Professional Coaching that are defined by global coaching organizations
